All quotations:

• May be subject to site inspection and risk assessment

• Are valid for a limited period as specified

A binding contract is only formed once:

• A quotation has been accepted in writing, and

• Work has been scheduled or confirmed

6. Health & Safety Compliance

All work is carried out in accordance with applicable UK legislation, including:

• Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974

• Work at Height Regulations 2005

• Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999

Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) will be provided where required.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Opal Access Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss

• Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services provided

Nothing in these terms limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
